Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation with tracking details via email.

Any orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import tax, customs duties and fees collected by the country of destination, for which the recipient is liable. Any shipments we send to these countries are with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We are unfortunately unable to calculate the exact fee in advance and therefore recommend that you contact your local customs office.

We charge €5.95 for shipping. Shipping is free of charge on orders of €100 or more.

You can pay by prepayment, credit card (American Express/Visa/Mastercard), PayPal or Klarna.

As soon as we receive a return from you, we will refund you the value of the returned items as soon as possible.


You may return unwanted items to us within 14 days of receipt (provided that the products have not been opened and/or used and are still in their original packaging).

Please note that we only provide the returns label in digital form. We cannot post it to you.

Please ensure that your return is properly and securely packaged and not vulnerable to damage during transport. Please do not send returns in envelopes.

Please be aware that it may take us up to 14 days to process your return. To receive a returns label via email, please write to us at with the subject “Return” and include your order number, name and address in the body of the email.

Any refunds will be made via the same payment method used in the order. This means that, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card. If you paid by prepayment, you will need to provide us with your bank details.

a) Did you receive a damaged item?

Please send us a photo of the damaged item at Once we have received proof of the damage, we will process your complaint as quickly as possible so that we can either provide you with a refund or a new, undamaged item.

b) Did you receive a defective item?

We classify goods as defective if they are damaged upon receipt by the customer or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 day of purchase. Products are not deemed defective if the deterioration in condition is a result of normal wear and tear. We cannot accept any liability for such damage.

All of the products we sell contain labels which include the following information:

1. Name and address of manufacturer

2. Expiry date / identification number

Products have a limited shelf life after opening, which is specified individually on each container and folding box. In addition, all sun protection products have a use-by date.
